Terms and Conditions

The job is considered accepted and confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total price. The rest should be paid no later than 30 days before the day of arrival.

An advance invoice is issued for the payment of the deposit received. The final invoice is issued after total payment, 30 days before arrival.  

The client can cancel the services at any time before the start of the trip. If the client cancels the services, the client loses the deposit. 

Italy My Way undertakes to provide the client with services that have the content and features agreed on, in the planning and to take care of the interests of the client.

Some of the tours might be subject to change depending on weather conditions, special events of interest, and similar. For clients’ safety and comfort reasons, Italy My Way  guarantees an alternative planning as a replacement service of equivalent or closely similar itinerary.

The client is obliged to submit all the information necessary for the implementation of the contracted services/planning and to inform of all facts that could jeopardize the execution or realization of the contracted services/planning (health issues, food allergies and other)

Italy My Way  informs that Medical and travel insurance is not included with the reservation of the services, and highly recommends you to purchase this insurance at home prior to traveling.
